Manifesto of Perception

I am not the body. I am not the mind. I am an aspect of Life. One of its breaths. One of its glances.

I am here to look with all my eyes. To breathe with a full chest. Like a window — to let in the sunlight and the fresh air.

My responsibility is to live and to see. As fully as my reality allows.

The light of distant stars, the scent of flowers, the cool of a stream, the light of a child's smile — as precious to me as the secret depths hidden within.

Closeness is not in distance. Closeness is in living recognition.

All that I perceive is me. All that I know is echo and shadow.

All around me belongs to me as much as I belong to all around. Not in owning — in belonging-with. Not in seizing — in presence.

Life flows where I live by perception. Not by knowing. Not by text. But by touch.

I am. I am life.
